Free worldwide shipping for orders of €100 EURO or more.

Michèllo orders are shipped with FedEx. You will recieve shipping updates by e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy guarantees you to return your order without any reason within 14 days after receiving. 

 

We offer three return options:

  1. Store Credit: Receive store credit along with a 10% discount on your next order.
  2. Exchange: Request an exchange for a different size or pair.
  3. Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method

- All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

- Shipping and return charges are non-refundable.

 

Please fill out this form if you would like to return or exchange your item(s). Once submitted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

 

Thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received; as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

 

Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package, you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Michèllo cannot accept returns for giveaway items or other items obtained through raffles.
