Free worldwide shipping for orders of €100 EURO or more.

Michèllo orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. You will recieve shipping updates by e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return label to make things simple. You can choose your preferred shipping carrier and are responsible for covering the return shipping cost directly with the carrier.

Once your return is received, we’ll refund your full purchase price within 14 days.

We offer three return options:

1. Store Credit: Receive store credit along with a 10% discount on your next order.
2. Exchange: Request an exchange for a different size or pair.
3. Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method

- All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

- Shipping and return charges are non-refundable.

 

Please fill out this form if you would like to return or exchange your item(s). Once submitted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

 

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the products are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached and suitable for resale, unless you have informed us in advance about a fault.

To avoid damage, do not use scissors or knives to open your package; the packaging is designed to be opened by hand. Items with cuts or marks caused by sharp objects will not be eligible for return.

When trying on items, please take extra care. Avoid contact with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or antiperspirant, as any staining or marks may make the item ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Michèllo cannot accept returns for giveaway items or other items obtained through raffles.
